Return & Exchange Policy
At VTCC STORE, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns or exchanges. The following rules apply:
- Returns/Exchange are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned/Exchanged merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original packaging (if applicable).
- Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Exchanges can only be done once per order. There are not exceptions to this.
- We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
- VTCC STORE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
